Can Tiger Woods recreate greatness for the second time?

Tiger’s first two teachers, John Anselmo and Rudy Duran, helped Tiger develop his natural golf swing. When Tiger went to Butch Harmon, Butch helped Tiger develop that swing and, if you look at Tiger’s swing when he was 15, there’s little difference between Tiger’s swing in 2000 when he had the greatest year in golf.

The difference between Tiger in 2000 and Tiger as a teenager was Tiger’s bunker game, his wedge game, his mental approach, and course management.

In 2002, Tiger went to Hank Haney and made some massive changes. It took him three years to get back to where he was. And now he’s going to Sean Foley who teaches another different method…a totally different method. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the method but it’s a big change.

I’ve never seen a great player make major swing changes twice successfully. I’m watching closely…everyone in golf is watching closely.
